How much does it cost?
$110.00 (per box)
When am I charged?
You are charged for your first Subscription Box at the time of purchase. Subsequent charging takes place on the 1st of every month. The frequency of charging will vary, subject to whether you are on a monthly, bi-monthly (every two months) or quarterly (every three months) subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for the gin subscription service. If you are unhappy with what you received, send us an email or give us a call.
Can I return or exchange it?

If you receive a gin that you have already tried, it may be exchanged for an equivalent gin (chosen at our discretion). You’ll need to send us an email requesting the exchange to or call us on 022 3273230.


Exchanged gins must be returned to;

within 5 days of delivery (at your expense). The gin must be returned unopened and in resaleable condition to qualify for an exchange.


Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges for the other products included in the subscription boxes.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

In the event of a damaged or defective product, we will replace the item at no additional cost. You’ll need to send us an email regarding the fault/damage to or call us on 022 3273230.


Faulty and damaged products must be returned to

within 5 days of initial delivery (at your expense). The products must be returned in the condition in which they were received.

Why hasn’t my box arrived?
In the event of a delivery error, we will work to settle a resolution as soon as possible. Please refer to your tracking email for up-to-date movement.
Will the price change?
Possibly, but not without warning. We will do our utmost to keep this at service at $110.00, but with the many moving parts of this industry, such as glass shortages and excise increases, we may need to revise the price down the line.
Can I choose the type of gin I receive each month?
Each gin is selected by our expert team to delight and expand your gin experience, but feel free to send us recommendations!
Can I change my delivery address or payment information?
Yes, subscribers can change their delivery address or payment information at any time by logging in to their account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply log in to your account and select the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button. Cancellations must be at least two (2) working days prior to the next scheduled payment.
Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

Yes, to alter your subscription frequency, log in to your account and edit it under [Button Name]. You can set your subscription to be monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.

As with cancelling or pausing your subscription, this must be done at least two (2) working days before the next scheduled payment to take effect immediately.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, simply log in to your account and select the ‘Pause Subscription’ button. When you are ready to start again, just log in and select the ‘Unpause Subscription’ button.

As with cancelling or changing the frequency of your subscription, this must be done at least two (2) working days before the next scheduled payment to take effect immediately.

Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely, simply enter the gift recipient’s details and address in the delivery details when signing up.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions for the Gin Subscription Service

This document outlines the terms and conditions for the gin subscription service offered by The Gin Club Ltd. By subscribing to this service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Subscription: The gin subscription service includes delivery of one (1) 700ml bottle of premium gin, four (4) 200ml bottles of a paired Fever-Tree Mixer, a selection of dried fruit garnishes, an information card about the gin, and a small gift. This will arrive based on your selected frequency (monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly). The contents of each box will vary month to month.

Payment: The fee for the subscription service is $109.95 and will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of subscription. Subscriptions will automatically renew based on your frequency selection unless cancelled by the subscriber.

Delivery: Delivery will be made to the address provided by the subscriber at the time of subscription. The Gin Club Ltd. is not responsible for any undelivered or delayed shipments due to incorrect or outdated address information.

Changes and Cancellation: Subscribers may change their delivery address or payment information at any time by logging in to their account. Cancelling/pausing/changing the frequency of a subscription must be done at least two (2) working days prior to the next automatic payment date to take effect immediately. Cancellations/pauses/changes of the frequency of a subscription within the two (2) working days prior to the next automatic payment date will take effect following that automatic payment.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges: The Gin Club Ltd. does not offer refunds for the gin subscription service. If the subscriber receives a gin that they have already tried, it may be exchanged for an equivalent gin (chosen at the discretion of The Gin Club Ltd.). Any gin that a subscriber wishes to exchange in this way must be returned to The Gin Club, Suite 16, 160 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland 1023 within five (5) days of initial delivery at the subscriber’s expense, along with sending an email requesting an exchange to george@ginclub.co.nz or calling us on 022 3273230. The gin must be returned unopened and in resaleable condition to qualify for an exchange. Other products included in the gin subscription boxes may not be exchanged (this includes but is not limited to the mixer, garnishes, and small gift).

Faulty and Damaged Products: If a product received as part of your gin subscription is faulty or was damaged in transit, it can be returned for replacement. Faulty and damaged products must be returned to The Gin Club, Suite 16, 160 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland 1023 within five (5) days of initial delivery at the subscriber’s expense, along with sending an email regarding the fault/damage to george@ginclub.co.nz or calling us on 022 3273230. The products must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Once returned and confirmed as faulty or damaged in transit a replacement will be provided.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between The Gin Club Ltd. and the subscriber, and supersedes all prior nd contemporaneous understandings, negotiations, and agreements, whether written or oral.

By subscribing to the gin subscription service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
